Steve is an experienced entrepreneur with over twenty five years board experience in public and private companies. Amongst his corporate roles he was COO of Storehouse plc, a FTSE 250 Company, CEO and Founder of Build-A-Bear Workshop in the UK. He has recently been involved with founding and coaching social enterprises both in the UK and the developing world.
Peter Dingley: CEO
He has co-founded a number of start-ups including a VC backed supply chain software Company. He is a Chartered Accountant, was a partner with PWC, leading a business line in Southampton and most recently, until its successful sale, a director of an enterprise software Company where he established a sales subsidiary in the US and a development operation in India.
Adj. Professor Mike Santer: Founder, Business and Product Development Director
A serial technology business starter. Mike now focuses his energies on encouraging those technologies that support and develop social transformation through sustainable business models. Recent PhD in the adoption of Mobile Internet in Sub-Saharan Africa, 25+ years of innovating and leading projects in business, NGO’s, academia and ICT4D projects.
Dr. Tristan Aubrey-Jones: Technical Lead
Tristan is a PhD graduate from the University of Southampton and an expert in computer clusters and automated code generation. He worked with us on developing the pre-production prototype, which he has successfully piloted in a Hampshire school. Tristan works full time for BluPoint leading the technical development.
David Deakin: Director of Healthcare and NGO Services
David leads the healthcare section at BluPoint, managing and coordinating the delivery of the BluPoint solution. Prior to joining BluPoint, David headed Tearfund’s global HIV and health work. He has project managed successful Maternal and Sexual Health projects in Malawi, Zambia, Nigeria and Sierra Leone. He has over 20 years experience of working within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
